How the Service Works
01 Team Arrival
Our ISO-certified team arrives fully equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves, and shoe covers to ensure hygiene and safety throughout the service.
02 Assessment & Preparation
Before we begin, our specialists inspect the mattress and surrounding materials to determine the best cleaning method for your fabric type.
03 Deep Vacuuming
All sides of your mattress, along with the duvet, bedframe, and up to four pillows, are vacuumed using a powerful American industrial vacuum with a HEPA filter—11 times stronger than a regular household vacuum—to remove deep-seated dust and allergens.
04 Shampoo Application
A safe, eco-friendly German shampooing solution is gently applied to lift stains, eliminate bacteria, and refresh your mattress fabric without causing damage.
05 Water Extraction & Drying
We use German water extraction technology to remove excess moisture, allowing faster drying and preventing mold buildup. Average drying time is between 4–6 hours, depending on ventilation and fabric type.
06 Service Report
You’ll receive a detailed report with before-and-after photos, including the condition of your filters and any recommendations.

What’s Covered

Good to Know
If a mattress topper is added to a mattress deep cleaning service, an additional AED 100 will apply
A standalone topper cleaning is charged at the same rate as the equivalent mattress size
After cleaning, it’s recommended to replace all bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases to avoid cross-contamination. Our team can assist with this upon request.
