How the Service Works

01 Tem Arrival
Our certified pest control specialists arrive fully equipped with complete personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves, and shoe covers, to maintain hygiene and safety throughout the treatment process.
02 Inspection & Preparation
Before starting treatment, our team conducts a detailed inspection of the kitchen, bathrooms, utility areas, cabinets, drainage points, and other high-risk areas to assess the level of cockroach activity. We carefully identify infested areas, including cracks, crevices, wall corners, under sinks, behind appliances, inside cabinets, and other hidden spaces where cockroaches may breed or hide. This helps us determine the most effective treatment approach.
03 Service Day Preparation
• Clear countertops, empty cabinets under sinks, and ensure access to kitchen appliances.
• Leave the premises for 3 to 4 hours during treatment as per Dubai Municipality recommendation. Pregnant women, children, people with allergies, and pets must stay out for 6 hours

✔Safe application of targeted gel baits in cabinets, corners, cracks, crevices, and all areas of cockroach activity
✔Sealing of minor gaps and holes with silicone (up to 3 linear meters) to prevent re-entry

ErrorTermites, bed bugs, rodents, pigeons, fleas, lice, ticks, lizards, scorpions, snakes, ants, flies, silverfish, and other pests require separate specialised treatments
ErrorGuarantee of 100% cockroach elimination due to potential cockroach migration from neighbouring units
ErrorMinor cracks are sealed as part of the service; major structural gaps may require a separate quote
ErrorObtaining approvals from local authorities, building management, or community management before the service

Good to Know

✔The team needs full access to all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, and utility spaces
✔Post-treatment: Open windows for at least 15 minutes to ventilate upon return; wash kitchen items before use; use dry mopping or vacuuming only (no wet mopping) for 24 hours to avoid removing the gel bait
✔The product continues to work for up to two weeks to improve results, though 100% elimination cannot be guaranteed due to potential cockroach migration from neighbouring units
