How the Service Works
01 Preparation & Protection
Our team arrives in full PPE and conducts a walkthrough of your property. Full access to all areas is required to ensure a thorough inspection and treatment.
02 Premises Access & Vacating
To comply with municipal guidelines and for your safety, it is recommended that occupants vacate the premises for 3–4 hours during treatment. Sensitive individuals such as children, pregnant women, pets, or those with allergies should stay out for up to 6 hours.
03 Indoor Treatment
Our technicians spray wall-floor junctions, drain holes, sinkholes, and cracks/crevices. Ant and cockroach gels are applied in active areas, and traps are placed in the kitchen and other high-activity zones.
04 Outdoor Treatment
Spraying is conducted around the house perimeter, including manholes, walkways, windows, doors, and under plant pots. Ant gel or granules are applied in areas with noticeable ant activity.
05 Premises Re-Entry & Ventilation
After 3–4 hours, you can safely return. Open all windows to ventilate the property for at least 15 minutes. Avoid wet mopping or wiping treated surfaces for 24 hours;
06 Days 1– 14: What to Expect
You may notice increased pest movement initially. This is normal and indicates the treatment is working, as pests are being drawn out of hiding and gradually consuming the products.
07 Days 15 Onwards
By the end of two weeks, pest activity should decrease sharply. If you continue to notice pests, you can book a free revisit, and our team will inspect and re-treat affected areas.

B&G hand sprayer for targeted pesticide application
ULV/misting machine (fogger) for flying insects such as flies
Gel bait for cockroach control
Granular ant bait for ant infestations
Closing of minor gaps and holes (up to 3 linear meters) with transparent silicone, both indoors and outdoors
Targeted ant and cockroach gel applications inside cabinets, corners, and active areas
What’s Not Included
Separate treatments are required for termites, bed bugs, rodents, and pigeons
Structural repairs for major cracks are not included (a separate quote will be provided)
Good to Know
Provide full access to all areas for effective treatment
Vacate the premises for 3–4 hours, or 6 hours for sensitive individuals
Ventilate the area for at least 15 minutes upon returning
Wash any kitchen items that were in treated areas before use
Use dry mopping or vacuuming; avoid wet cleaning for 24 hours to maintain product effectiveness
