Full Home Package – Furniture Deep Cleaning Contract

Contract Inclusions

• Detailed dry vacuuming and sanitization of all indoor upholstered furniture, including sofas, carpets, mattresses, and chairs
• Deep dry vacuuming, steaming, and sanitization of sofas and carpets, to eliminate dust, allergens, and surface-level contaminants
• Deep vacuuming and UV-light sanitization to target and eliminate embedded dust mites and bacteria

Important to Know

• The package does not include outdoor furniture cleaning
• The service only includes standard deep cleaning, and does not include stain removal, restoration, or repair of furnitures
• Any scope of work outside the inclusions is to be scheduled separately, including emergency or on-demand visits
• Full package amount must be paid at the time of booking. This is non-refundable, and the payment will be credited toward services booked under this package
• The contract is valid for 12 months, commencing from the date of the first scheduled visit, subject to full payment
• Each scheduled visit should be completed within +/- 30-days, of its assigned date
