Our ISO-certified team arrives fully equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) — masks, gloves, and shoe covers — to ensure a hygienic, safe, and professional cleaning process.
Material Inspection
Before starting, our experts perform a detailed assessment of the carpet’s material, texture, and condition to determine the most effective and safe treatment approach.
Deep Vacuuming
Using a specialized industrial-grade American vacuum with HEPA filtration, which offers 11 times more suction power than a regular household vacuum, we extract deep-seated dust, debris, and allergens from your carpet fibers. This ensures a thorough clean that helps improve indoor air quality.
Steam Sanitization
After vacuuming, we apply Italian dry steam technology that heats up to 180°C, creating a powerful thermal shock to kill bacteria, viruses, and germs trapped within the carpet. This method also helps reduce allergens without leaving moisture behind.
Completion & Disposal
Once the process is finished, our team will show you the contents of the filter bag outside your property and make sure all collected dust and waste are properly disposed of, leaving your home clean and safe.

Carpets can be used immediately after treatment, as no excessive moisture is applied.
For heavily soiled or stained carpets, carpet shampooing is recommended for deeper cleaning results.
