How the Service Works
Team Arrival
Our ISO-certified team arrives fully equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves, and shoe covers to maintain safety and cleanliness during the service.
Assessment & Preparation
Before starting, our specialists carefully inspect the sofa material and fabric type to ensure the correct cleaning technique and tools are used.
Deep Vacuuming
We use an industrial-strength American vacuum system with HEPA filtration, which has 11 times the suction power of a standard household vacuum. This powerful pulsating vacuum effectively removes embedded dust, allergens, and debris from all sofa seats, backrests, and cushions.
Steam Sanitization
Next, your sofa is sanitized using Italian steam technology at 180°C, eliminating bacteria, viruses, and impurities while ensuring a quick drying time, usually under one minute.
Final Check & Disposal
After the service, our team will show you the condition of the filter bag outside your property to demonstrate the collected dust and ensure that all waste materials are properly disposed of.

Good to Know

This service focuses on deep vacuuming and sanitization, not stain removal. For visible marks or spills, we recommend booking our Sofa Shampooing Service.

The sofa can be used immediately after cleaning, as no drying time is required.

Our team ensures fabric safety and will advise if any additional treatment method is unsuitable for your sofa material.

Regular sofa vacuuming every 3–4 months helps maintain fabric hygiene, extend lifespan, and reduce allergens in your home.
