How the Service Works
01 Arrival & Protection
Our team arrives with all necessary protective gear. Floors, walls, and furniture are covered to keep your space clean during the process.
02 System Check & Setup
We inspect your AC unit and set up advanced tools to safely remove dust and buildup.
03 Deep Cleaning and Sanitization
Includes supply and return grills, air ducts, filters, coils, blower fan, drain tray, drain pipe, and the cavity area around the unit (where reachable).
04 Parts Handling
Some components are cleaned on-site. Others are removed, cleaned thoroughly, and securely reinstalled.
05 Clean-Up
All collected dust and waste are disposed of properly, leaving your home spotless.
06 Service Report
You’ll receive a detailed report with before-and-after photos, including the condition of your filters and any recommendations.
What’s Included
Deep cleaning and sanitization of supply and return grills, air ducts, and filters for smoother and more efficient AC performance
Internal cleaning of the main cooling unit including coils, blower fan, drain tray, and pipe
Cavity area around the unit is cleaned where reachable
What’s Not Included
Repairs or replacement of damaged AC components
Installation, relocation, or any additional AC services not related to cleaning
Good to Know
Price and duration are estimates and may be revised after on-site inspection
If mold or maintenance issues are found inside the AC, the service will pause and a specialized team will provide a separate solution and quote
If access panels are needed to reach hidden areas, an extra charge of AED 250 per panel applies (plus VAT and service fees), including ceiling cuts and white paint touch-up around grills and panels
