How the Service Works

01 Pre-service checks

Our team arrives with all necessary protective gear. Floors, walls, and furniture are covered to keep your space clean during the process.

02 System Check & Setup

We inspect your AC unit and set up advanced tools to safely remove dust and buildup.

03 Deep Cleaning & Sanitization

We clean all accessible parts of the system like grills, ducts, filters, and coils, followed by safe sanitization to remove bacteria and odors.

04 Parts Handling

Some components are cleaned on-site. Others are removed, cleaned thoroughly, and securely reinstalled.

05 Clean-Up

All collected dust and waste are disposed of properly, leaving your home spotless.

06 Service Report

You’ll receive a detailed report with before-and-after photos, including the condition of your filters and any recommendations.

Dust, debris, and allergen removal from all air ducts to boost airflow and improve indoor air quality

What’s Not Included

Repair or replacement of broken AC components

Structural modifications or installation of new ductwork

Cleaning of carpets, sofas, or mattresses

Mold remediation or internal deep cleaning of coils, blowers, or pipes

Good to Know

Price and duration are estimates and may be revised after on-site inspection

If mold or maintenance issues are found inside the AC, the service will pause and a specialized team will provide a separate solution and quote

If access panels are needed to reach hidden areas, an extra charge of AED 250 per panel applies (plus VAT and service fees), including ceiling cuts and white paint touch-up around grills and panels
