  • Drain tray cleaning and flushing of drain pipes
  • Drain flow tablet placement in drip trays to control mold

  • Any service outside the scope listed above is excluded and will be quoted separately if requested
  • The contract is valid for 12 months, commencing from the date of the first scheduled visit, subject to full payment
