How the Service Works
01 Team Arrival
Our certified pest control specialists arrive equipped with complete personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves, and shoe covers, ensuring hygiene and safety throughout the treatment process.
02 Inspection & Preparation
Before treatment begins, our team conducts a thorough inspection of the mattress, bed frame, and surrounding areas to assess the level of infestation. We identify all affected spots, including cracks, crevices, and joints, to determine the most effective course of action.
03 Primary Treatment
A comprehensive spray treatment is applied to the mattress, bed frame, and identified infested areas. Steam treatment is performed on buttons, labels, and seams to target hidden eggs and larvae. With your consent, the mattress may also be sprayed if the infestation is severe. For baby cots, only steaming and vacuuming will be performed to ensure safety. Bedside furniture and adjacent areas are inspected and treated as necessary.
04 Follow-up Visit
Our Bed bug pest control service includes two visits within one month: 1st Visit: Full treatment of all affected areas. 2nd Visit (after 14 days): A pre-booked follow-up to re-inspect the property and perform additional treatment if new eggs have hatched.

Good to Know

After the treatment, please vacate the premises for 3–4 hours. Sensitive individuals such as children, pregnant women, pets, or those with allergies should stay out for up to 6 hours for safety.

Upon returning, open all windows and ventilate the space for at least 15 minutes before resuming normal activities.

A temporary increase in bed bug activity may occur after treatment. This is normal and indicates that the product is working as the bugs are being drawn out of hiding.

Do not remove bedding or pillowcases yourself to prevent the spread of bed bugs; our team will handle this safely during the service.

The service includes a one-month warranty with a free revisit if bed bugs are still observed after two weeks.

If the infestation is severe, our team may recommend replacing the mattress to ensure complete eradication.
